Shelly is an Operations and Human Resources executive with 25+ years of experience in the association, healthcare and insurance industries. With her strong business acumen and strategic vision, she drives initiatives that enhance employee engagement, customer experience, and operational efficiency. She has a Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership and Human Resources Management from Regis University, CEBS certification from the Wharton School of Business and is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management, SHRM-SCP. Shelly completed her Executive Coaching program at IPEC.
As a results driven leader, she has successfully led teams through significant changes, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, scaling growth and cultural transformation. She is passionate about creating a positive and high performing work environment that fosters growth and innovation. Her goal is to empower leaders and organizations to find their frequency.
